My career has always revolved around systems, clarity, and operational excellence. I started in healthcare, leading one of the first commercial Electronic Health Record implementations — a project so groundbreaking it was nominated by Microsoft for the Smithsonian Innovation in Medicine Award.

From there, I moved into consulting and tech — building workflows, SOPs, and scalable frameworks that cut chaos and drive growth. I’ve led global projects, managed multimillion-dollar implementations, scaled teams, and learned that documented, repeatable systems create real enterprise value.

Today I help business owners, advisors, and investors turn provability into valuation, build trust to accelerate deals, and modernize exit preparation. My work focuses on eliminating document chaos, strengthening operational infrastructure, and reducing diligence time, drag, and risk.

I co-founded WAIQ Scout to solve two of the most painful and universal challenges in selling a business:
1) proving value and 2) surviving due diligence.

While I’m newer to the formal exit space, I’ve spent my entire career solving the same core problem — turning chaos into clarity. For decades, I’ve helped organizations document knowledge, streamline operations, and build systems that drive measurable, repeatable results. After 20+ years leading multimillion-dollar software implementations across four continents, I thought I’d seen it all — enterprise transformations, global teams, and every kind of operational chaos imaginable. Hitting the ground running, I managed a $250K+ renovation, built an entire team from scratch, launched a new event business, and grew revenue by 118% within eighteen months. The secret wasn’t luck, it was systems, visibility, and accountability. The same principles that drive success in global tech programs worked just as powerfully in hospitality.
